Victorian Bus Charters were amazing! I had a group of 19 do a bus tour of 3 wineries on the Mornington Peninsula from Melbourne.Everyone had an amazing time. Our bus driver Derek was punctual, kind and attentive. Felicity helped book the tour and even offered excellent recommendations for our needs on the day. The bus was clean and had ample space for 19. There was also the ability to play music and use a microphone too. Could not recommend this team highly enough.

Professional, reliable and great fun! Would thoroughly recommend!We were highly impressed with the service we received from Victorian Bus Charters during our city tour last week. We used Victorian Bus Charters for a client event over two days and would definitely recommend. I put out a few requests to different companies, and being close to Christmas I was doubtful we would get any response (many of the companies didn't even bother to respond). Felicity came back to me very quickly and throughout the process was always helpful and responsive to my requests and everything went perfectly - from pick up to drop off. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend highly to anyone else.

Victorian Bus Charters was a pleasure to use. We hired their bus drivers for several trips and cannot commend them enough on their punctuality, professionalism and great driving. They were also flexible in meeting our needs—on one trip, we needed to plan a stop on the journey for the bathroom as well as a stop for an unexpected reason and the driver was more than happy to comply. With friendly drivers, clean and comfortable charter buses and a reliable booking system, we could not recommend them enough!

I used the charter service for a girls day trip to the peninsula hot springs. We booked the 11 person mini van. The booking was easy and without any hassles. The price was fair and Adam was really professional and easy to deal with. I got the driver contact details a day in advance. On the day the driver(Jeff) arrived 15 minutes early and was extremely well mannered and polite. The van was very clean and we had a great day overall. I would highly recommend using their service.

My booking experience with Victorian Bus Charter was a godsend! From the initial quotation of about 2 months prior my arrival, I had so much questions and changes to the schedule but Adam was responsive, obliging and helpful. Our designated driver, Troy, was always on time, patient and careful on the roads. He did several stops more than the usual to accommodate the little one who couldn’t take the long drive. If you are looking for impeccable service that doesn’t cost an arm & a leg, please seriously consider this company!
